Od leta 2014 je ta ukrep obvezen tudi v Sloveniji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Energetska izkaznica je javna listina s podatki o energetski u\u010dinkovitosti stavbe in s priporo\u010dili za pove\u010danje energetske u\u010dinkovitosti. Obvezna je pri prodaji stavbe ali njenega posameznega dela in pri oddaji za dalj\u0161e obdobje ter pri novogradnjah. \u010ce hi\u0161e oziroma dela hi\u0161e ne prodajate ali oddajate, energetska izkaznica ni potrebna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Na kaj moramo biti \u0161e posebno pozorni pri energetski prenovi stare hi\u0161e?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnogo stavb je energetsko potratnih, hkrati pa ne nudijo zdravega in udobnega bivanja, za te stavbe svetujemo energetsko prenovo. Svetujemo, da lastniki hkrati izbolj\u0161ajo tudi po\u017earno in protipotresno varnost, dostopnost za osebe z zmanj\u0161ano mobilnostjo in podobno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cilji energetske prenove so: posodobitev bivalnih prostorov, toplotna izolacija ovoja stavbe, posodobitev ali zamenjava oken, vgradnja prezra\u010devanja z vra\u010danjem toplote, ureditev tehni\u010dnih sistemov in raba obnovljivih virov energije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Te\u017eko je pri\u010dakovati, da bo z energetsko prenovo dose\u017eena energijska u\u010dinkovitost, ki je dolo\u010dena za novogradnje (razred B2 do 25 kWh\/m<sup>2<\/sup>a), kljub temu pa je z energetsko prenovo treba zmanj\u0161ati obstoje\u010do rabo energije za ogrevanje in prezra\u010devanje vsaj za desetkrat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zamenjava oken precej spremeni lastnosti stavbe, zmanj\u0161ajo se toplotne izgube, hkrati pa se zaradi tesnih oken poslab\u0161a kakovost notranjega zraka. Da se po menjavi oken ne pojavita vlaga in plesen v stanovanju, svetujemo intenzivno nekajminutno prezra\u010devanje vsaki dve uri ali vgradnjo centralne mehanske prezra\u010devalne naprave z vra\u010danjem toplote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Katera je najbolj\u0161a mo\u017enost za izbiro energenta v stari hi\u0161i?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stavbe imajo razli\u010dne potrebe in mo\u017enosti za energijsko oskrbo, zato ni splo\u0161ne re\u0161itve. Prednost naj imajo obnovljivi viri energije. \u010ce so primerni pogoji, svetujemo son\u010dno elektrarno v samooskrbi, v povezavi s toplotno \u010drpalko. Primerna je tudi raba biomase, pasiven zajem son\u010dne toplote in toplovodni sprejemniki son\u010dne energije. V urbanih naseljih je primerno ogrevanje z daljinsko toploto, ki je pridobljena iz biomase ali iz soproizvodnje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odsvetujemo neposredno ogrevanje in segrevanje sanitarne vode z elektriko, saj je elektrika drag in dragocen energent. \u010ceprav imajo elektri\u010dni radiatorji, IR paneli, elektri\u010dno talno ogrevanje in elektri\u010dno bojlerji odli\u010den marketing, je tak na\u010din ogrevanja potraten in drag, poleg tega praviloma ni dovoljen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kateri finan\u010dni mehanizmi so v Sloveniji na voljo za subvencijo pri energetski prenovi stare hi\u0161e?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eko sklad <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ekosklad.si\">www.ekosklad.si<\/a> nudi nepovratne spodbude in ugodna posojila za energetske prenove starej\u0161ih stavb. Pogoji za pridobitev spodbud se razlikujejo glede na izbrane ukrepe pri prenovi, v pomo\u010d za pridobitev spodbud pa so svetovalci mre\u017ee Ensvet \u0161irom Slovenije. Ob\u010dasno so na voljo tudi sredstva ob\u010dinskih skladov in mo\u017enosti energetskega financiranja za posamezne nalo\u017ebe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodatna mo\u017enost so stanovanjski krediti bank, vendar imajo banke zelo razli\u010dne pogoje. Preden se odlo\u010dite za dolgoro\u010dni kredit, preverite ponudbo. Ne boste verjeli, z banko se spla\u010da pogajati.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izbrani ukrepi naj bodo strokovno na\u010drtovani in izvedeni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kak\u0161ni so prvi koraki k energetski samooskrbi?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samooskrba s son\u010dno energijo je proizvajanje lastne elektrike z mikro son\u010dno elektrarno, za lastno rabo elektrike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najprej je treba preveriti danosti lokacije (velikost, orientacija in naklon stre\u0161ine) in pri\u010dakovana letna raba elektrike. Za povpre\u010dno gospodinjstvo, ki letno porabi pribli\u017eno 5.000&nbsp;kWh, zado\u0161\u010da son\u010dna elektrarna mo\u010di 5&nbsp;kW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce hkrati s son\u010dno elektrarno na\u010drtujete vgradnjo toplotne \u010drpalke za ogrevanje in sanitarno vodo ter elektri\u010dni avto, je treba pri dimenzioniranju upo\u0161tevati tudi to. Vendar ne pretiravajte z velikostjo son\u010dne elektrarne, saj jo kasneje lahko dogradite. Cena 6&nbsp;kW son\u010dne elektrarne je pod 6.000&nbsp;\u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce ste na podro\u010dju, kjer so pogosti izpadi elektrike, je primernej\u0161a omre\u017eno\/oto\u010dna son\u010dna elektrarna. Taka elektrarna je vsaj 1.000&nbsp;\u20ac dra\u017eja, odvisno od zmogljivosti akumulatorja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enako skrb kot za izbiro mo\u010di in vrste son\u010dne elektrarne je treba nameniti izbiri izvajalca in pogojem financiranja. Nekateri izvajalci nudijo brezobrestno ve\u010dletno obro\u010dno pla\u010devanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kako lahko zdru\u017eimo zahtevo po energetski u\u010dinkovitosti s tradicionalnimi gradbenimi tehnikami in ohranjanjem identitete stavbe?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slovenski stavbni fond je star, ve\u010d kot polovica stavb je zgrajenih pred letom 1980, ko so za\u010deli veljati malo stro\u017eji Tehni\u010dni pogoji za projektiranje in gradnjo stavb (JUS U.J5.600).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Popravilo ima prednost pred zamenjavo, prenova pred nadomestno gradnjo. Tako je v EU, tako naj bo tudi pri nas. Obnova starega stavbnega fonda pomeni ohranjanje obstoje\u010de pozidave in s tem zelenega prostora, pomeni prilo\u017enost za ugodnej\u0161e re\u0161evanje stanovanjske problematike, zmanj\u0161evanje gradbenih odpadkov, predvsem pa pomeni ohranjanje slovenske grajene dedi\u0161\u010dine. Ohranja vse staro, kar je \u0161e dobro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tradicionalno grajene stavbe imajo mnogo prednosti: debeli zidovi dobro akumulirajo hlad in toploto, zagotavljajo zvo\u010dno izolacijo, tradicionalni apneni in ilovnati ometi uravnavajo vla\u017enost zraka v prostoru; pravilen naklon stre\u0161ine in izbor kritine zagotavljata, da streha varuje stavbo tudi pred ekstremnimi nalivi in vetrovi. Seveda imajo take stavbe tudi pomanjkljivosti, morda so vla\u017ene, nefunkcionalne, stanovalcem ne zagotavljajo zadostne trdnosti ali varnosti \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako zdru\u017eiti nezdru\u017eljivo? Nere\u0161ljiva uganka? Ne, le energijsko u\u010dinkovitost, trajnostno gradnjo, stro\u0161kovno u\u010dinkovitost in obremenjevanje okolja je treba pogledati \u0161ir\u0161e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sodobna \u00bbskoraj ni\u010d-energijska stavba\u00ab ima celoten zunanji ovoj toplotno izoliran, brez toplotnih mostov, tudi temelje. Tradicionalne stavbe kljub obse\u017eni energetski sanaciji ne morejo biti tako energijsko u\u010dinkovite. Poleg tega so nekatere kulturno za\u0161\u010ditene, za prenovo teh veljajo <a href=\"http:\/\/www.energetika-portal.si\/fileadmin\/dokumenti\/podrocja\/energetika\/javne_stavbe\/smernice_kd_23.2.2017.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Smernice za energetsko prenovo stavb kulturne dedi\u0161\u010dine<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Energetska prenova stavb se lahko izvaja v sklopu vzdr\u017eevalnih del, stati\u010dne in protipotresne sanacije, spremembe namembnosti stavbe, izbolj\u0161ave bivalnih pogojev, ekonomske optimizacije ali celovite sanacije po izrednih dogodkih, kot sta poplava ali potres. Pred na\u010drtovanje prenove je treba stavbe spoznati, stanovalcem je v pomo\u010d vpra\u0161alnik <a href=\"https:\/\/zaensvet.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Hitra-ocena-energijske-potratnosti.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hitra ocena energijske potratnosti<\/a>. Glede na izid ocene spremenite bivalne navade in se odlo\u010dite za energijsko sanacijo stavbe. Prednost naj imajo ukrepi, ki so nujni, nato pa ukrepi, ki se najhitreje povrnejo. Naredite si oceno investicije v dodatno toplotno izolacijo, zamenjavo ali posodobitev oken, skupaj z vgradnjo prezra\u010devalne naprave ali zamenjavo energenta in posodobitev ogrevalne naprave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Splo\u0161ni nasveti o energetski sanaciji v povezavi z ohranjanjem identitete stavb ne zado\u0161\u010dajo za na\u010drtovanje in izvedbo ukrepov.
